Doug Dixon & Associates Inc., as a subconsultant to Entuitive Engineering, provided bridge design oversight to the Team for the design of three landmark bridges valued at a total of $110 M in the Toronto Port Lands. In addition, Lake Shore Bridge over the Don River was included in the work undertaken for preliminary design and detailed design. Doug provided insight on requirements of the various stakeholders for approval and permits as well as direction on the application of the CHBDC and the other applicable codes, design review for the railing bridge. Doug provided some construction shop drawing reviews and consulted on steel fabrication issues.
